26 youngsters. 6 educationalists. 1 project.
“All together and no one forgotten” is a common project between students from Israel and Germany.
Up until the 1990s, homosexuals belonged to the forgotten victims of the Nazi era. Today there exist a lot of places in Tel Aviv and Berlin to remember the homosexuals, but sadly those places still get attacked by homophobes.
Both Tel Aviv and Berlin are known for their open minded lifestyle and the students have done a lot of research on the history of the persecution of homosexuals in archives, memorial sites and in the urban spaces. Talking to (homosexual) people from different social fields was a significant part of the exchange project.
All the impressions and experiences the students gained during the exchange project are documented in this blog.
